We did talk about that a bit at the BoF.  I think it's a great idea.
If we can have each user group identify an RSS feed for official news
and announcements for their group, it could become a good resource.

That said, the first step is identifying all the existing groups, and
deciding a good way to communicate with them.  I'd like to do this on
behalf of python.org.  Any chance I can get an official sounding email
address to start sending stuff to people from?

Is that alright with everyone?

Once we have a good reliable list, we can figure out how to start
communicating new initiatives with them, then start feeding them new
and interesting stuff.

This is exciting stuff folks!  Go Python!
