Like many technical email lists, python-tutor is mirrored at gmane.org.

Gmane allows you to browse, search, and/or post to threads in these
lists in a number of different ways: via one of serveral web formats,
RSS feeds, or, possibly best of all, a standard Usenet-style newsreader
(e.g. gmane.comp.python.tutor). No more email overload!
