[Chicago] list name [chicago] vs. [chipy]

Right.  We discussed it at the time of the switch to an @python.org address
and felt that people would be more likely to recognize "chicago" than
"chipy".  If I google for "chicago python", the top three hits are related
to this group or its wiki.
