[Chicago] Need TurboGears presenter for Burlington LUG

Once all the presenters are settled down, we can post it to Techsocial.com,
that chicago tech event calendar (Disclaimer that's my baby :-)

But seriously, you can now post events online <great fanfar and applause>.
Then it'll be announced for a few hundred developers and entrepreneurs to
read about... and maybe one or two more people will attend.
