Yeah, those have what looks like decent documentation... until you try
to use them for something less simple than a toy, at which point you
start wondering why they never even mention a whole bunch of things. I
can't recall what it was that I ran into that was like that, but maybe
I'll take that old project off the backmost burner this weekend.

Generators per se are pretty simple, no?  They do seem to get used in all
sorts of non-obvious ways...
