[Chicago] Looking for a Build Engineer

My team at work (GETCO) needs to hire a build engineer in Chicago. Our  
custom Python build system supports Java, C++, C#, regression tests, a  
continuous build, and a daily build. The system works... but isn't  
where we want it to be (think late 20th century) and we want someone  
to push it into the 21st century (kicking and screaming may be  
involved).
