A Two-Week Performance Intensive

This intensive workshop will integrate the deep body awareness of
Body-Mind Centering® with the rich, expressive framework of Laban
Movement Analysis toward the goal of embodied performance. What is
presence? How can the performer remain permeable, yet powerful? We
will address the nature of performance, access the organic truths and
imperatives of an articulate body, and explore the hidden realities
of the performer/ spectator relationship. For those interested in
theater, dance, contact, improvisation, and composition. All levels
welcome.

Daily schedule:
9am - Noon: Fundamentals
1pm - 4pm: Performance lab

Cost: $800 early reg, $950 after
