Utilizing principles from the Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Experiencing, and experiential anatomy we will discover the joy, strength, and stability of our pelvic skeleton. With increased awareness and skill, we will move, touch and experience the juicy relationship of the pelvis to the whole supportive structure of our bones. A deeper understanding of the skeletal structure of the pelvis and its alignment increases the stamina necessary for bodyworkers. Through explorations with touch, we will learn to listen, receive and support the skeletal structure of the pelvis. </span></p>

Utilizing principles from the Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Experiencing and experiential anatomy, lab work will focus on unwinding and releasing the musculature for flexibility and ease, exploring the muscles of the pelvis in relationship to the breathing mechanism, and learning how to connect and strengthen the muscles of the pelvis for dynamic movement and power. </span></p>

With principles from the Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Experiencing and experiential anatomy, lab work will focus on how we can gently and effectively connect to another's organs through touch and sound, how to initiate movement through the power and emotion of the organs, and how to mobilize and release the organs to achieve greater fluidity and freedom in the pelvic cavity. Through explorations with touch, we will learn to listen, receive and support the organ systems of the pelvis.</span></p>
