[Conferences] Conference bags

What are some good (low cost) ideas you have been using for conference bags?

We would rather use something reusable and/or recyclable, but have not
yet found an adequately cost effective vendor.

It would be a bonus if we could get some artwork onto the bag.  If it
was a generic Python bag, perhaps it could be tagged in some way to
indicate the specific local conference.
