[Conferences] taking in PyCon-US refugees

As you've probably heard, PyCon-US hit its registration cap this year
and is closing registration this morning.  Wow!

It's sad for those who didn't get registered in time, but let's think
about how we can comfort those poor excluded folks at our regional
conferences.

- When PyCon's Registration page goes to "closed", I'd love for it to
have a listing of regional conferences right there.

Not sure what else to suggest.  Thoughts?

Also - this one is for publicity at PyCon-US itself - I'd love to
annotate a giant globe beach ball with all our PyCons and hang it up
somewhere.
