commit messages.</div></blockquote></div><br>While the default github web interface will not give you clickable links right away, there are plenty of tools that that will.  For example, PyCharm allows one to specify an arbitrary regular expression to transform issue labels to tracker links.   I would not be surprised that given enough demand github will implement a similar feature.</div><div class="gmail_extra"><br></div></div>
