[C++-sig] wrapper.cpp not in 1.32.0 dsp/vcproj file?

I had the same problem (with the .dsp file - but no .vcproj file in 1_32 
as far as I'm aware(?)).  
As you imply, adding wrapper.cpp seems to solve the problem.
