[C++-sig] Complete confustion about using Boost.Python

Yeah, I wasn't very clear. I was reffering to the tutorial that was in
the directory tree of the extracted source. That built fine until I
tried changing the BOOST_ROOT path in the Jamrules file to where I had
installed boost (/usr/local/include)
