[C++-sig] Py++ GUI - Bad file descriptor

I've been getting this a lot while running with the Py++ GUI lately (mostly today):

Error occurred during code generation process!
Error:
[Errno 9] Bad file descriptor

Wasn't sure if this was a known issue or not, but it's happening fairly frequently and I'm not 100% sure what's causing it.
