[Distutils] Cheese Shop login requires login

I'm not sure where Cheese Shop related questions would go. Apparently,
the Cheese Shop requires you to be logged in in order to see the login
page:

http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi?%3Aaction=login

I assume if you're already logged in, you're fine.
