[Distutils] [setuptools] how to report bugs and patchs ?

You can go ahead and submit your patches and bug reports on the trac  
that I set up:

http://allmydata.org/trac/setuptools

I haven't heard from anyone else that they are willing to use this  
trac instance, but on the other hand it already works and you can  
record your contributions for posterity.  I'll make sure that all  
tickets and patches that have accumulated in that trac get moved if  
someone sets up a new issue tracker that gets more, um, traction.
