[Edu-sig] Google Summer of Code proposal

Hiya,

I have revised an earlier proposal I posted through google summer of code,
and was advised to post it on here.

I have stuck it on the web at
http://users.ox.ac.uk/~orie1763/coder-python.pdf

Very briefly it is a proposal for a very basic IDE supporting a
semi-interactive tutorials (I believe a couple of people on this list saw my
original proposal)

It would be great if anybody interested could have a look over it and give
me feedback - and if anybody would like to mentor it (or something similar)
please ccould they get back to me
