Dear colleagues,

I'm finalizing my talk and I would like to confirm what are the facilities 
available.
I'm planning to take with me only a pen with a pdf of the presentation.
I assume that a PC/laptop with a USB drive and a pdf reader for overhead 
presentation will be available.
If necessary I can also take a bootable DVD with a OS/software.
