[Expat-bugs] parse error including some specific characters of UTF-8

I am using the Expat-2.0.0 lib. When xml includes some specific 
characters of UTF-8, expat fails to parse it. I've attached a 
sample program to reproduce this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
