[Expat-discuss] [PATCH] Add pkg-config support

Please attach your patch to the bug asking for a pkg-config file [1].
Patches get lost easily on a mailing list. That way we can have a
closer look at it later. I hope the rest of the Expat team
is okay with this. Thanks for sending your patch!
