[Expat-discuss] Fwd: Include librairies

there is no readme file in the expat.zip i downloaded, there is just an html
explaining what's in each folder.
There are only comments in the code, i think i understood how to use it, i
saw some samples, but how i don't catch how to link the librairies, for
exmaple the xmlparser.h, with the program i wan't to create.
I can't event build the sample, when i launch the buid.bat i have this 'Run
it using: ..\bin\elements <..\expat.html'.
