Excellent. This should speed things up. Please follow up once the
document has actually been mailed. I'd recommend that everyone posting
up update this thread so that we're all in sync.
When do you expect to be able to send it? It's already Wednesday (one
day past the last deadline you mentioned ie. Tuesday).

This is secondary. I'd like to come but I won't be around in Feb. I
don't know how many people will be able to find time to come but I
presume this is not a gating factor for the registration?
