With all due respect someone is trying to do a job, and we need to cooperate
here.

 Kenneth is not doing it for himself, and am sure he like many of us have
100 other commitments.

I don't see any point in putting extra pressure at this point of time. Only
request to everyone involved in signing and couriering  is to communicate in
case of delays.

If the funds need to move out of the NGO account by March, it will be done
so, even if the society is not ready or not. Don't worry about that! There
are several ways to move funds and park it an account till the society is
ready....
