Hi,
This came up in the meeting yesterday that we keep forgetting and
re-inventing the stuff that we need to do for the conference. It will
be nice if we can document all the stuff and use it as a handbook for
next conferences.
It can have things like:
* Invitation letter sample templates
* How to setup DoAttend
* How and when to call for CFP
* Guidelines for pricing the tickets
* Checklift at the venue
* Etc.
Here is what I suggest:
* Start a git repo
* Document important things using Sphinx
* Host it on readthedocs.org
Suggestions?
Anand
