please sign and send it with photos attached and self certified copies of id<br>
and address proof and I will get the local manager to attest them.</blockquote><div><br></div><div>They refuse to attest the form and photo unless they get a written request from Ooty Branch Manager. As of yesterday evening they have not got any communication from Ooty Branch.</div>
