<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div>Kiran Jonnalagadda has clearly mentioned as to why "Everybody pays" policy works and why we should move ahead with this. Instead of just debating more and more over this, why not create a simple poll using google forms or something, and see what majority of the people think instead of polluting the mailing lists with all sorts of arguments ?<br clear="all">
