<p dir="ltr">+1 for getting professionals involved. </p><p dir="ltr">
Also, as I've learnt during my work, there are a few different styles of designers and those are some of those conflict with what people would expect. E.g. I got a person whose design style is minimalist, it didn't go too well with my team who expected more colourful and visual style.</p>

<p dir="ltr">It's also important to go with ones who go ahead and understand the idea behind the website and PyCon as a whole. I guess which is why Vijay would be favouring volunteers.</p><p>If we do consider getting professionals involved and Kiran doesn't want to take up this part, I can volunteer with this task. Kiran can lead the team that works on backend, I'll work with them for co-ordination between the 2 teams.</p>
