<p dir="ltr">I will also vote for NIMHANS, as venue is good for transportation connectivity.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Agreed with Arvi, PyCon isn't trying to be everything for everyone.<br>
But if possible arrange parallel sessions based on user levels.<br></p>
