## Event Size and Format<br />

We will be able to manage a 3 day conference of 1000 attendees (1200<br />

max).<br />

## Potential Venues<br />

<br />

The Convention Center at the Chennai Trade Center is one of the venue<br />

options. It has a seating capacity of 2000, that can be split into two<br />

halls of 1000 each. There are additional rooms and halls that can be<br />

used for a third track and for open space.<br />

## Institutional Support<br />

<br />

We would like to work with AFROST, just like PyCon India 2018, for<br />

institutional support.<br />

Looking forward to a favorable response from the community. If things<br />

Wednesday.<br />
