[Ipss] membership dues pending

hi,

I find that several members - including some biggies - have not yet paid
their subscription. It is approaching time for the next years'
subscription, so please do the needful. Members in arrears of
subscription cannot vote or stand for election - we winked at that at
the previous AGM, but it is not a nice thing to happen.
