No, it is not. You are right, the PATH that I see from the ipython
console misses the directories that are set by .bashrc. Is there a
way of making ipython aware of the bash variables? I thought that
everything after ! is passed to the OS.<br>

If I supply the full path to myscript, then this works. But so does
