I can set up a slide-show using Fernando Perez's tools from<br>

These work fine, but I like the look (and finer control) of the<br>
nbconvert --to slides --post serve<br>
version.<br>

However, I don't seem to be able to get mathjax or <img> tags to work<br>
when serving the slides this way. Any ideas?<br>

p.s. Also, in general, the documentation for all of these things doesn't<br>
