Hi:<br><br><br>I tried to build August release of SDK language service for MVStudio 5 std version. I managed to compile fine on one machine, but on this machine I get:<br> CTC : fatal error CTC2013: Can't start preprocessor (2)<br>4 times. I believe it's due to MSVStudio 2003 being around. I had some issues with LIB environmental variable too, which I fixed. I pasted output below. If anyone had a similar experience, then pls help. This is not critical though, as I have a working machine.<br><br>The working MSVStudio IP support is marble and disappointment at the same time. I was amazed by the Form support. If this actually works who will ever bother with VB for simple apps? Just to see the basic prototype amazed me; however, limited/faulty intellisense support and immediate window failing to support python command was really disappointing. If anything immediate window support for debugging would to be most welcome. Intellisense and than Forms would be nice
added bonus, but I lived without those for last 10 years with CPython + XEmacs. I can live with it for another year. BTW: Is there IronPython-mode.el around?<br><br>So, I instead of MSVS, I tried MDbg to get to work. When I tried to Mike Stall's IP+Mdbg instead I got more errors.<br>ironpython.hosting.Iconsole & ironpython.hosting.Style does not exist in ironpython.dll any longer. I found something called superconsole in IP src code, but I am not sure what to do. As usual, I am lost.
