</div>I'd prefer not to distribute anything that might be platform<br>
specific*. I'm fine with saying "you want to embed unmanaged<br>
resources, go install X, Y, or Z," except for the simple case of<br>
setting an Icon. I don't know the details of the resource format, but<br>
I can't imagine it's too complicated for that one simple case.<br>
