This patch adds an extra config option under Privacy
Options... / Header Munging that lets the list admin
specify arbitrary headers to be removed by CookHeaders.

This version should work a little better.
Warning: messes with Defaults.py and versions.py and could
cause nasty things to happen to any existing mailing list
you have.
