This is a feature request. I think it would be invaluable to have a search feature like the Google Groups have. This would bring Mailman head-to-head with Google Groups. Thanks.

So I'm moving it to feature requests. And we agree that Mailman should
have a built in archive search. We just haven't figured out how to package
