[Bug 706971] [NEW] A Small Fix for Digest Mode's Turkish Translation

Hi all,

There is a small mistranslation at templates/tr/options.html and this
causes some troubles [1]. I made a patch for this isue. Could you add
this patch to GNU Mailman.

I looked Translations page [2] but coldn't find a way to add translation
directly.
