[Mailman-Users] changing to MIME format in digests for existing lists.

Is there a way (possibly using withlist) to change all existing lists in 
batch so that  the digests use MIME as the default format? I am able to 
change the defaults for each new list in the mm_cfg.py. Come to think of 
it, I wonder if there are other global changes to all lists that can be 
done with withist?
