I have just installed Mailman on my mail server,
and am not getting the confirmation email when
I create the test list.

I am getting the following error in my mail log:

I've tried to track it down in the source code, and it seems to be
some kind of permissions problem with the queue files, but the 
permissions and ownerships look fine.

I suspect I used the wrong GID in the ./configure line, and I've
tried several now, and re-configured/re-compiled, but I don't know
how to test it, and I'm just guessing what that number should be
at this time.

Has anyone seen this?

Does anyone have pointers for running Mailman under QMail?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
