That still better than what Evolution does, since as of 1.4.x it still
doesn't understand digest attachments.

VM under XEmacs was the best.  You could actually burst a digest (either
RFC 1153 "plain text" digests or MIME digests) into a folder so that it
would look like all those messages came separately.  Too bad VM doesn't
have real IMAP support. :/
