[Matrix-SIG] Turning off the traceback on a raise

    Is it possible to turn off the stack trace in python
    after raising an exception?
    e.g disable output from the first two lines:

  Traceback (innermost last):
  File "<stdin>", line 4, in ?
KeyError: nada
