[Matrix-SIG] UnsignedInt16 support

Hi all,

Any objections to my adding UnsignedInt16 (PyArray_USHORT, "w") storage type to 
Numeric???

Now that I've added 16bit luminance images to PIL, I need this type to do array 
manipulations on the image data.
