How can i make links to external webpages open in new windows in MoinMoin?<BR>

I tried to edit the html code, using the 'code' button from the GUI<BR>

editor and inserting the 'target="_blank" ' attribute into the html <a<BR>

href> tag, but this did not work.<BR>
