This is just a final maintenance release with all changes we did since<br>
1.7.2, including updated system texts and master pages.<br>

You should only use 1.7.3 if you have special reasons to not use 1.8.x -<br>
for most users 1.8.x is the recommended release (1.8.0 includes many of<br>
the fixes in 1.7.3, some will be in 1.8.1 later).<br>

Language maintainers should please concentrate their activities on<br>
master18 and master19 wikis now.<br>

The master17 wiki will be switched to read-only now (future 1.7.x<br>
releases, if there are any, will only contain major security fixes, no<br>
i18n updates).<br>

The master16 wiki will be switched off completely (use your local help<br>
pages if you still use 1.6.x).<br>
