Yes, this can also be a problem. I sometimes run the moin program using sudo <br>
like this:<br>

sudo -u www-data moin ...<br>
<br>
The username (www-data) depends on what kind of system you are using, but you <br>
can easily find this out.<br>

(I have sometimes used ACLs instead of different ownership, but it can be <br>
awkward to configure this correctly.)<br>
