<p>I am just starting out with dipy and have a simple question.</p>

<p>After generating my mask and fitting a tensort model, the FA image which I obtain is reduced in size from the original image (as the background is clipped).</p>

<p>I would like to obtain the fa map back in the original data shape, is this possible?</p>
