[New-bugs-announce] [issue1906] Distinguish between cfunction, cvar and cmacro

New submission from Christian Heimes:

The new doc system has cmacro but the html output for cmacro is not
distinguishable from cfunction. 

I also noticed that the docs use cfunction instead of cmacro on several
occasions.
