[OPy] Tulsa Python User's Group

Hey I just wanted to reach out and say hi to all my fellow Python
fans.  Some of us in Tulsa have recently spun up a user's group of our
own.  So I thought I would introduce myself.  We currently only have a
google group going http://groups.google.com/group/tulsapython , but
we've got a website in the works.

We're considering streaming the presentations for the entire web to
see so check out our mailing list if you want to keep up with all the
good stuff.
