Summary: tkinter hello world example bug

Initial Comment:
The "hello world" program, shown in the Tkinter
documentation, has a small bug: it freezes IDLE when
invoked from the editor. I confirmed this happens in
both Windows and Linux version. So here is a small fix
for it.
