Summary: make IDLE honor the quit() builtin
Initial Comment:
As of 2.5, quit() should exit. Certain wrapping
environments (including IDLE) didn't honor this.
This patch fixes at least idle, by having the
Quitter() object (try to) close sys.stdin before
raising SystemExit.
